Delete your account

You can delete your Felix Home Store account at any time, on this website or in our Android app (menu → My account → Delete my account).

What is deleted, straight away: your name, email address, mobile number, password, saved delivery addresses, cart and reviews. You'll be signed out on all devices.

What is kept: your past orders and their GST invoices, without your account details, because Indian tax law requires us to keep them. See our privacy policy.

If you have an order in progress, wait until it's delivered or cancel it first.

Can't log in? Email [orders@yourstore.in] from your account's email address, or call [+91 98XXXXXXXX], and we'll delete it for you.
